One Raq.com tool is useful alone. The shared records make them compound: a task can start with a message, pull a file from File Drop, produce a document, request an approval, move a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it — without a single integration you have to maintain.

04 The agent layer

Agents get real operations,
not a chat box bolted on.

Raq.com exposes its tools through the Model Context Protocol. An agent lists boards, creates a card, uploads a file, runs an image batch or reads a project record as a structured operation — it does not have to imitate clicks in a browser.

Same records, both surfaces

A person can amend what an agent created. An agent can continue what a person started. One record, one history.

Scoped, and approval-controlled

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions can require explicit approval.

Activity you can inspect

Agent work lands in the product, not inside a terminal you have to screenshot. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

Both routes sit beside the shared tools, but the responsibility for the build stays clear: Custom Tools are yours to build and maintain, Custom Modules are designed, built, hosted and maintained by Raq.com and Vu.

Custom Tool

Each tool runs in an isolated container. Draft tools are limited to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, and outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.

Good fit if you can direct and maintain the build yourself.

Custom Module

Describe the workflow. Raq.com reviews it and, when suitable, produces a first mock-up — normally within one working day — and a working module within five working days or less after approval.

The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested during the subscription. One module covers one area of work; modules for the same account can share data.

07 Trust

Where your data goes,
and where it does not.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice providers operate under their own retention terms, and Raq.com says so plainly rather than extending the ZDR claim to every media tool.

AI usage

AI work draws from the account's monthly allowance. If it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools keep working.

Plan-specific limits

Monitoring tools and FinUK have quantity limits by plan. Voice Calls starts on Professional. Website Build & Host is a per-site add-on on Starter and includes more sites higher up.

Custom Modules

£190 or $259 per month each, on top of a plan. Their AI features use the account's normal AI allowance.
