02One workspace, two surfaces

People get a browser.
Agents get operations.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent gets structured operations — list task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record — instead of imitating clicks in a browser.

Supercomputer receives the request "Onboard Harbourline Ltd from the enquiry form, draft the agreement and send it for signature." It then plans and runs eight steps across Form Builder, CRM, Task Board, Client Portal, Knowledge, Pretty Docs, E-Sign and Ask My Agent, leaving the record in the account.

One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally count as separate modules, each with its own fee, though modules for the same account can share data. Your data stays in the account and can be exported.

AI usage

Different tools consume different amounts — a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have different provider costs. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change. Non-AI tools remain part of the subscription.

Changes

Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date. The total changes as users join or leave the account. Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount.

Outside the plan

Custom Modules are £190 or $259 per month per module. Their AI features draw on the account's normal AI allowance. Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits.

08Privacy & security

Zero Data Retention
on core text, by default.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default: the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A user can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models without that protection, and live web search has its own setting because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

Where the line sits

Image and video tools send the prompt and required generation parameters to a specialist provider. Voice and transcription tools send the text or audio needed for the job. Raq.com downloads completed media to its own storage.

Those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool.

Raq.com keeps its own service records for billing and reliability; these are separate from AI provider handling. If you are assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data, read the current Privacy Policy, the AI Privacy & Security page and the Subprocessors list, then map your own legal and sector requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work needs assessment first.
