    What a module can reach

    Your tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations — plus outside systems that provide an API. One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data. A CRM and a quoting system would normally be separate modules, though modules on the same account can share data.

    What the fee covers

    Design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested during the subscription. AI features draw on your account's normal AI allowance. Your data stays in the account and can be exported. Larger jobs are identified during the mock-up stage.

    • AI usage. AI work draws on the account's monthly allowance, shown as usage rather than internal credit accounting. A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost very different amounts, so the pricing page gives per-tool examples instead of one universal request count.
    • If the allowance runs out. AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change. Non-AI tools continue as part of the subscription.
    • Changes. Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date. The total moves as users join or leave.
    • Custom Modules. £190 or $259 per month per module, on top of a plan. Their AI features use the account's normal allowance.

    Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, which means the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training.

    The honest edges

    Media and voice providers differ. Image and video tools send the prompt and generation parameters to a specialist provider; voice and transcription tools send the text or audio needed for the job. Those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool. Completed media is downloaded to Raq.com storage.

    You can opt out of the protection. Changing the AI Privacy setting reaches models that do not support Zero Data Retention. Live web search has its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

    Service records are separate. Raq.com keeps its own records for billing and reliability, distinct from AI provider handling.

    Assessing Raq.com for regulated or sensitive data? Read the Privacy Policy, the AI Privacy & Security page and the Subprocessors list, then map your own sector requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.
