Client onboarding
A prospect completes a form. An Automation opens a CRM record, a Task Board card and a branded Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. Uploads and messages land where the team can review them.
Raq brings 70+ business and AI tools into a single account — messages, boards, files, signatures, portals, forms, CRM, support, generation, monitoring — and gives Codex, Claude Code and the built-in Supercomputer the same structured entrance your team already uses.
Small and medium businesses tend to build their operating system by accretion — a chat app here, a signer there, three AI subscriptions. Raq folds that stack into one account with a shared record.
A task can begin as a message, use a file from File Drop, produce a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result somewhere the team can inspect — with a person, or an agent, or both, doing the work.
Tools share files, tasks, contacts and audit history — so long workflows don’t require a new integration for every pair of products.
Codex, Claude Code and Supercomputer speak to Raq through MCP, using the same operations your team uses in the browser.
Ask My Agent, Voice Calls and scoped MCP access give people the point of control — with an inspectable trail behind every action.
A person can amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. The interface never becomes the source of truth — the account does.
Normal interfaces for messaging, boards, files, drafts, portals, forms and support. Role-based permissions and audit records show who did what.
Compatible agents discover tools through the Model Context Protocol and take actions inside your account with scoped permissions and approval gates.
A single Raq tool is useful on its own. Together, they let a task cross message → doc → signature → board → portal without touching another vendor.
Everything below is included in every paid plan. Higher tiers raise AI usage and monitoring limits, not the tool count. ★ marks the tools most teams reach for on day one.
Where the daily record of the team lives — chat, tasks, projects, files, priorities.
Everything client-facing — from first form to first invoice to first support ticket.
Signatures, contract review, secrets, receipts and every kind of file conversion.
Compare models, run a blind deliberation, benchmark answers, keep a library of prompts.
Studio-grade generation batched across providers, plus the utility tools around them.
Ship a site, watch it, and track the signals from the world around it.
A handful of well-formed tools for the parts of work that live outside the standard stack.
Where operational agent work lives — supervision, hand-offs and long-running jobs.
Three ordinary sequences that used to touch five vendors — now recorded end-to-end in one account, ready for either a person or an agent to pick up.
A prospect completes a form. An Automation opens a CRM record, a Task Board card and a branded Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. Uploads and messages land where the team can review them.
The team’s rules live in Brand Guidelines. A brief becomes a plan, then copy, then media, then channel-specific posts. Decisions collect in Creative Review; Social Scheduler ships after approval.
A person records an outcome in Priorities. Orchestrator starts the workflow. Nature Work and Operator HQ show the terminal sessions. Ask My Agent pauses at controlled boundaries. The record carries the result.
Per-user, monthly. Annual billing currently gets 5% off. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Free trial requires no card and gives one use of each AI tool.
The distinction matters: commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different for each route. Pick the one that matches how you want to own the work.
For customers who want their own coding agent to build an application that lives inside the account. Sandboxed, scoped, draft-or-published visibility.
Native first-class modules designed, built, hosted and maintained by Raq and Vu. Describe the workflow — a first mock-up usually arrives within one working day.
Text-AI and media-AI are handled separately, so we describe them separately. Regulated buyers should still map their own sector requirements onto the tools they plan to use.
Media generation, voice and transcription each rely on specialist providers under their own API retention terms, so we do not overload the ZDR statement onto every media tool. Raq downloads completed media to its own storage. Raq does not train models on customer content.
Live web search has its own setting because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route. You choose.
We don’t claim feature-for-feature parity with every mature specialist product. Raq’s value is breadth, shared records and the agent layer above them.
Start free. Bring your existing agents. Let Supercomputer handle the boring parts. Keep the record you can inspect.
