00 /  The business workspace for people & agents

One workspace.
Seventy tools.
People and agents,
building together.

Raq.com brings 70+ business and AI tools into a single account — a browser for your team and a Model Context Protocol interface for agents. The work stays visible, so you get a shared record, not activity hidden in a chat.

01 Why it exists

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitor, and several AI subscriptions. Each arrives with its own login, billing, permissions, data and history — and an agent becomes far less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can begin as a message, pull a file from File Drop, produce a document, request approval, update a board, and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

The product is built around that continuity. You keep specialist systems where they earn their place and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module — while the everyday work lives in one calm, structured space.

03 The agent layer

Agent access is part of the product.

Most business software bolts a chatbot onto an existing app. Raq.com exposes its operational tools to agents through MCP, so they take structured actions against the account — while people supervise and correct the work in the browser.

01

Supercomputer, built in

Describe a job in plain English and Raq.com's own agent selects and runs the right tools — no coding environment to configure.

02

Bring your own agent

Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account, files and team.

03

Scoped access & approvals

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions — like Voice Calls or Ask My Agent — use explicit, staged approvals.

04

A shared record, not a black box

People and agents work against the same records. Nothing disappears into a terminal — every action stays inspectable, correctable and ready to hand off.

04 Continuity in practice

Single tools are useful.
Shared records go further.

Because everything lives in one account, work flows from tool to tool without a new integration for every pair.

01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a form; an automation opens the records and portal, sends the agreement, and files everything the team can act on.

02

Marketing production

Brand rules and a brief drive a plan; copy and media are generated, collected for a decision, then scheduled per channel after approval.

Website & service operations

Ship a site, gather review comments, check it for search and answer engines, then watch availability and content while support comes in.

Agent-led project work

Record the outcome, start the workflow, supervise the terminals, ask a human at controlled boundaries, and land the files and history.

05 Beyond the catalogue

Two ways to extend the platform.

The commercial responsibility, runtime and support differ, so the routes stay clearly separate — one you own and maintain, one we design, build and run for you.

Custom Tools · included

Have your agent build it

Point your own coding agent at Raq.com and it can create a sandboxed application that runs inside your account, with scoped access back into the platform.

  • Runs in an isolated container per tool
  • Draft stays private; publish to share with the account
  • Outbound access uses approved, limited scopes

We build it for you

Describe the workflow and we design, build, host and maintain a first-class module in your sidebar — with your data staying in the account, and exportable.

  • First mock-up normally within one working day
  • A working module in five working days or less after approval

07 Privacy & security

Built to be inspected.

Core text and chat use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so providers can't keep prompts or responses for training. Media and voice tools use specialist providers under their own terms — we're explicit about the difference rather than making one blanket claim.
