01 — Why Raq.com

Most teams build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A form builder. A file account. Several AI subscriptions. Each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history.

An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them.

A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity between tools — a shared operational record instead of work hidden inside a chat or a terminal.

Keep specialist systems where you need them. Connect the rest through one account, one agent layer, and normal interfaces for review and hand-off.

/ 01

Agent access is part of the product

Raq.com exposes operational tools to compatible agents through MCP — listing boards, creating cards, uploading files, running an image batch, reading a project record. The agent takes structured actions instead of imitating clicks.

/ 02

The tools share one account

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes don't need a new integration for every pair of products. People and agents work across the account through one connection, scoped by the permissions attached to it.

/ 03

Ordinary software, plus AI production

E-signatures, task boards, portals, CRM and support sit beside specialist AI generation and agent operations. An AI result can enter a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.

03 — Agents & operations

Built for agent work — not just another chatbot.

Supercomputer. Describe the job in plain English.

Raq.com's built-in agent selects and runs suitable platform tools against the same account, files and team as any connected external agent. Non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment — and Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client can work against the same account whenever you prefer.

/ Automations

Orchestrated work

Multi-step workflows that react to an event, move data, ask AI to prepare material, send for approval and continue after a decision.

/ Orchestrator

Repeatable sessions

Runs templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions for longer agent jobs.

/ Nature Work

Supervise anywhere

Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

/ Agent Operator HQ

Command view

Several agent terminals in one full-screen control room, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

/ Ask My Agent

Human boundaries

Structured exchanges between a person and an agent, with two-stage approval controls at controlled boundaries.

/ Priorities

Where attention is needed

Separates work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so the operator can see what needs a decision.

04 — How the tools work together

One task can travel across the whole account.

01

Client onboarding

Form Builder CRM record Task Board card Client Portal E-Sign agreement File Drop

An Automation ties the chain together. Team Comms and the board retain the internal discussion, and an agent can check the whole flow and prepare anything missing.

02

Marketing production

Brand Guidelines Marketing Campaigns Ghostwriter AI Image & Video Lab Creative Review Social Scheduler

Rules stored once, a brief to start, media produced and decisions collected — then channel-specific versions published after approval.

03

Agent-led project work

Priorities Orchestrator Nature Work Ask My Agent Project Base

The desired outcome is recorded, the workflow runs, active sessions stay visible, and a human decision is requested when the job reaches a controlled boundary. The final files and history remain on the record.

05 — Extend the platform

Two ways to build beyond the shared tools.

Custom Tool vs Custom Module — responsibility, runtime and support differ
 Custom ToolCustom Module

RuntimeSandboxed application, isolated containerNative module inside the Raq.com product
MaintenanceThe customer owns the application workDesigned, built, hosted & maintained while subscribed
Agent accessApproved operations through scoped MCP accessAn MCP surface can be built into the module

Custom Modules are a managed service: the first mock-up normally arrives within one working day and a working module within five working days or less after approval, with larger jobs identified during the mock-up stage. One module covers one area of work; a second module has a second monthly fee, though modules for the same account can share data.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. New accounts get a free trial with no card required — one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring. On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account's monthly AI allowance; different tools consume different amounts, so the pricing page gives examples per tool. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 / $259 per module, per month.

07 — Privacy & security

Zero Data Retention by default for core text AI.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Media and voice providers operate under their own terms — Raq.com separates the two and does not train models on customer content.

  • Transit TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
  • At rest AES-256 full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware.
  • Access Role-based permissions and audit logging throughout.
  • Residency Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres for EU data residency.
  • Compliance UK GDPR-aligned handling of customer data.
  • Accounts Optional two-factor authentication for user accounts.
