01 — Why it exists

Teams collect tools.
Work still has to
connect.

“If the agent can see only one app, it can only do one job.”

Most small and medium businesses build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file share, a form builder and several AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions and audit history.

An agent becomes much less useful when it can see only one piece. Raq puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route in through MCP. A task can start with a message, pull a file from File Drop, generate a document, request approval and update the board — with the whole chain visible to the team.

Account scoped
Data, tools, permissions and AI usage follow the selected account. Switch between them.
Human ↔ Agent
People see and amend agent work; agents continue work people started.
Clarity over chat
Work lands in files, boards and portals — not hidden inside a terminal.
02 — Tool catalogue

Seventy tools, one account.

Every public tool is included on every paid plan. Higher plans increase AI allowance and service limits. Specialist depth varies — Raq overlaps workflows rather than claiming exact replacements.

03 — How the work flows

Continuity
between tools.

The browser and the agent surface operate on the same records. That continuity is the product — not a chatbot added to an old app.

01
Accounts and teams
Work belongs to an account. Users can belong to several and switch. Permissions and AI usage are scoped.
02
MCP — one route for agents
Compatible agents (Codex, Claude Code) discover and call Raq tools — list boards, create cards, upload files, run image batches — without imitating clicks.
03
Approvals where it matters
Tool access can be limited; sensitive actions use explicit approvals. Ask My Agent and Voice Calls are approval-controlled.
Supercomputer — plain English to action Built in
“Take the client brief in File Drop, draft three campaign angles, get approval, then publish.”

Project Base + Board

Non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment. External agents work against the same files and team.

Automations
Multi-step workflows that react to events, move data and pause for approvals.
Orchestrator
Templated workflows across Codex & Claude sessions.
Supervise
Nature Work + Agent Operator HQ for terminal oversight.

Tools are useful alone. Together they carry a job.

Three illustrative flows
Client onboarding

From form to signed file — without retyping.

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates the CRM record, opens a Task Board card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement; signed docs and uploads land in File Drop.

Marketing production

Brief once, produce everywhere.

Brand Guidelines holds the rules. Marketing Campaigns turns a brief into a plan, Rewriter and Image/Video Lab produce the assets, Creative Review collects decisions and Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

Agent-led project work

An outcome, not a chat log.

The outcome is recorded in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the workflow, Nature Work shows the live terminal, Ask My Agent requests a decision at the boundary and the final files arrive in File Drop.

04 — Extend the workspace

Two ways to make it yours.

Custom Tools are for teams who can direct a coding agent. Custom Modules are a managed service designed, built, hosted and maintained by Raq and Vu.

Custom Tools

Included with plan

Your coding agent builds a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com. Draft tools are creator-only; published tools are shared with account-scoped permissions and limited MCP access back into Raq data.

  • You (or your agent) own the build and maintenance
  • Isolated container, scoped outbound access
  • Suits technically capable teams
Runtime — Sandboxed app via Custom Tools

Custom Modules

£190 / $259 per module / month

A first-class, account-specific module in the normal sidebar. Raq reviews the workflow, produces a first mock-up normally within one working day, and a working module within five working days after approval.

  • Design, build, hosting, maintenance and changes included while subscribed
  • Uses your tasks, files, contacts, docs and Automations; connects to outside APIs
  • One module = one area of work; your data stays in the account and can be exported

06 — Privacy & security

Data stays in the account.

Read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security and Subprocessors before assessing regulated use.

Text AI by default

Core chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes. Providers cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Live web search has a separate setting.

Media & voice

Image, video and voice tools send required prompts/media to specialist providers under their own retention terms. Completed media is then stored in Raq.

Bring the work with you.

Try Raq with your team and your agents. Keep specialist systems where you need them — connect the rest through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.
