[ ARCHITECTURE ]

WHY RAQ.COM EXISTS.

Small and medium-sized businesses often build their operating system by accumulation. They add a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder, a monitoring service and several AI subscriptions. Each product has its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can see only one piece of that fragmented setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one single account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the human team can inspect it.

01

Single Account Boundary

Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the selected account. Users can belong to multiple accounts and switch seamlessly without managing 10 separate SaaS logins and invoices.

02

Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Exposes structured operations (listing task boards, creating cards, running image batches, uploading files) directly to AI agents. No fragile browser automation needed.

03

Inspectable Shared Record

Work remains visible in normal browser interfaces. People can see and amend work created by agents, and agents can continue human work with explicit approval controls.

[ CROSS-TOOL CONTINUITY ]

HOW THE TOOLS WORK TOGETHER.

Single tools are powerful, but shared account data allows seamless end-to-end workflows between people and AI agents.

[ BUILT-IN AGENT & OPERATOR SUITE ]

SUPERCOMPUTER & AGENT OPERATIONS.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a task in plain English and let Supercomputer select and run suitable platform tools. Prefer external coding agents? Connect Codex, Claude Code or any MCP-compatible client.

Agent Operator HQ Full-screen multi-terminal control room for supervising active coding agents.
Nature Work Connects local terminal sessions to a remote browser viewer with supervision controls away from the desk.
Orchestrator Runs repeatable templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.
Ask My Agent & Guardrails Structured exchanges between humans and agents with explicit two-stage approval controls.

[ TRUST & COMPLIANCE ]

PRIVACY & SECURITY BY DESIGN.

Raq.com separates core text AI from image, video and voice provider routes. Core text AI uses Zero Data Retention (ZDR) routes by default so prompts and outputs are never stored or used to train models.

Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Dedicated server infrastructure hosted in Hetzner's German data centres guarantees EU data residency.

Zero Data Retention

Default protection for core text and chat models prevents provider retention for AI training.

Passkey Vault

Encrypts credentials with passkey and releases them to agents one at a time after biometric approval.

EU Data Residency

Dedicated hardware servers in Hetzner's German data centres. AES-256 disk encryption at rest.

UK GDPR & Audit Logs

Full role-based permissions, explicit approval logs, TLS 1.3 in transit and optional 2FA.

[ TRANSPARENT COMMERCIALS ]

SIMPLE PER-USER SUBSCRIPTIONS.
