One Workspace for People and Agents
The team works through normal browser interfaces. Depending on the tool, people can write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents or inspect reports. Role-based access and audit records help show who did what.
At the same time, compatible AI agents (like Codex or Claude Code) can access the exact same records through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). A person can see and amend work created by an agent, and an agent can continue work started by a person.

The AI Usage Model
On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account's monthly AI allowance. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change. Non-AI tools remain active. Different tools consume different amounts based on provider costs.
Add-ons & Custom Modules
Website Build & Host is a paid per-site add-on on Starter and includes an increasing number of sites on higher plans. Custom Modules sit outside the normal plan price at £190 or $259 per month per module.
Billing Flexibility
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Annual billing receives a 5% discount. Customers can upgrade immediately or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date. The total subscription changes as users join or leave.
Privacy & Security
Raq.com separates the way it handles core text AI from image, video and voice providers to ensure maximum data protection.
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default. Under these routes, the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training.

We do not train models on customer content. Image, video, and voice tools operate under their own API retention terms, and completed media is downloaded to our secure storage.
