Small businesses rarely choose their operating system — they accumulate it.
A chat product, a task board, a signing service, file sharing, forms, monitoring and several AI subscriptions each bring their own login, billing, permissions and audit trail. An agent becomes less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

One workspace for people and agents
Work belongs to an account — a person, company, client or project group. Users can belong to several accounts and switch between them. Data, tools, permissions and AI usage stay scoped to the selected account.
Supercomputer, Raq.com's built-in agent, selects and runs suitable tools from a plain-English request. Customers who prefer another agent can connect Codex, Claude Code or a compatible client against the same account data.
Sensitive actions use explicit approvals. Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges with two-stage controls; Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.
For longer agent jobs, Orchestrator runs templated workflows across Codex and Claude sessions. Nature Work connects terminal sessions to a browser viewer. Agent Operator HQ presents several agent terminals in one command view. Priorities separates human, mixed and agent-owned work.
Automations
Multi-step workflows react to events, move data, prepare material with AI, send work for approval and continue after a decision.

Client onboarding
A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens a Task Board card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. Signed documents and uploads land in the account files while Team Comms and the board hold internal discussion. An agent can inspect the chain and prepare anything missing.

Custom Tools or Custom Modules
Two separate extension models with different commercial responsibility. Custom Tools are sandboxed applications built by the customer's coding agent. Custom Modules are native software designed, built, hosted and maintained by Raq.com for a monthly fee.

Custom Tools
For customers who can direct and maintain a build. Each tool runs in an isolated container. Draft tools stay with their creator; published tools can be shared with the account using approved, limited scopes back into Raq.com.
Custom Modules
For managed software on awkward internal processes. The customer describes the workflow; Raq.com reviews it and produces a mock-up, normally within one working day, with a working module within five working days or less after approval for typical jobs.

New accounts receive a free trial with no card required — one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring. Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Custom Modules sit outside plan pricing at £190 or $259 per month per module. Their AI features use the account's normal AI allowance.
Privacy & security
Built for inspectable work
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default so model providers cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools send only what each job requires; completed media is stored on Raq.com's own storage under provider API terms.
Raq.com does not train models on customer content. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest on dedicated hardware, role-based permissions, audit logging, EU data residency on Hetzner German data centres and optional two-factor authentication.
Zero Data Retention
Default route for core text AI. Users can change AI Privacy settings for models that do not support this protection.
UK GDPR alignment
Handling aligned with UK GDPR requirements alongside defined incident-response processes.
Approval controls
Structured approvals for sensitive and external actions including Ask My Agent and Voice Calls.
