One workspace · 70+ tools · Agents included
The workspace your team shares with AI agents.
One account brings every tool your company runs — messaging, tasks, docs, signatures, portals, CRM, media — together with agents that work the same records you do. Start a task in a message. Finish it with a signature. Watch the whole thread happen in one place.

01 — One account, every tool
70+ tools that actually share their records.
A task can start as a message, pick up a file, become a document, pass through approval and land on a board — without stitching five products together. Every public tool is included on every paid plan.
Team work & business records
The shared core of the workspace — messages, boards, notes, files and the daily view of whose work needs attention.
AI chat, research & decisions
Send one question to several models and compare, decide or produce a verdict — all from the same account.
Customers, sales & service
Leads, pipeline, branded client spaces, forms and support in one shared account.
Documents & secure exchange
Sign, draft, audit and send — encrypted, expiring shares and a full audit record for each.
Images, audio & video
Batch media generation across models, with reviewable projects and choices that move to a real process.
Websites, monitoring & data
Build and host sites, then watch them — availability, page changes, uptime — and turn records into business data.
Building & running agent work
Automations, orchestrators and command surfaces for jobs that span sessions — supervised, approved, recorded.
One subscription on any paid plan includes the public catalogue — AI usage and service limits rise with the plan.
02 — Made for both
People and agents work the same records.
Raq.com isn't a chatbot bolted onto a chat panel. Agents get structured access to the same tools and account data your team uses — and everything they touch lands in a record you can review, correct and hand off.

03 — The built-in agent
Describe the job.
Supercomputer runs the tools.
Tell it what you want in plain English. It selects the right tools from your account and takes the steps — working the same files, records and team as any connected agent. People who would never configure a coding environment get a working agent anyway.
04 — Run agent operations
When agents do long jobs, you keep command.
These are tools for agent operations rather than ordinary chat — execution, supervision, approvals and the record left behind.
Orchestrator
Runs templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude Code sessions — repeatable, so the work converges on a process.
Nature Work
Connects terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, so an operator supervises agent work away from the desk.
Agent Operator HQ
Presents several agent terminals in one command view with keyboard controls and a live message queue.
Priorities
Separates work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so attention lands where it's genuinely needed.
05 — Build your own
Two ways to extend the workspace.
The catalogue is the baseline; the platform grows around your business. The right route depends on who should own the build — and who carries the maintenance.
Built by your coding agent.
Your own agent creates a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com, connected to the account through approved, limited scopes.
- Runs in an isolated container, hosted through the Custom Tools system.
- Drafts are limited to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account.
- Outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.
- You (or your agent) own the application work and its maintenance.
Designed, built, hosted — and maintained for you.
Describe the workflow. Raq.com reviews it and, when suitable, produces a working module. The engineering is part of the subscription fee.
- First mock-up normally within one working day.
- Working module normally within five working days or less after approval.
- One module covers one area of work; modules can share account data.
- Changes are included while you stay subscribed; your data stays in the account and can be exported.
Custom Tools are included with a Raq.com plan. Custom Modules carry a monthly fee on top of a plan, and their AI features draw from the account's normal AI allowance.

07 — Designed to be accountable
Your work stays yours.
Agent access is only useful if it rests on clear boundaries. Raq.com separates how it treats core text AI from how it treats media providers — and states plainly what it does not do with your content.
Controls evolve as the product evolves — always confirm the current details on the AI Privacy & Security pages before assessing regulated or sensitive work.
07 — One subscription
One plan. The whole catalogue.
Per-user pricing, UK and rest-of-world. Every public tool is included on every paid plan — the difference is AI usage and service limits.
- The full 70+ tool catalogue for every user
- A monthly AI allowance for small teams
- Website Build & Host as a per-site add-on
- Best for a team cutting its stack down
- Everything in Starter, with a larger AI allowance
- Voice Calls included
- Higher service limits on monitoring and data tools
- Best for growing teams doing heavier AI work
- Everything in Professional
- Higher AI usage and service limits
- Suitable for agencies and operator-led teams
- Greatest headroom before Enterprise
- Everything in Business
- The highest AI usage and service limits
- Monitoring and FinUK at maximum plan quantities
- For organisations standardising on one workspace
Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing currently receives 5% off and upgrades are immediate; downgrades are scheduled for your next billing date. AI work draws from the account's monthly allowance and is shown as AI usage. Custom Modules sit outside the plan at £190 / $259 per module per month.
08 — A good fit if…
Does this sound like your week?
Raq.com is designed around a specific set of working patterns. If a few of these are familiar, this is probably the workspace for you.
You want fewer separate subscriptions and logins — one account instead of a chat app, a board, a signing service and several AI bills.
You already run Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work — and want them to reach your real business records.
You're an agency managing several client accounts and projects — each with its own clean boundary.
You need human approvals and an inspectable record of everything your agents do — not activity trapped in a terminal.
You have an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that should really be a Custom Module inside the workspace.
You need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist subscription for each one.
