§01 — Manifesto A workspace, not an app

Companies were not designed to run on a folder of separate logins.

Most small and mid-sized teams build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a form builder, five AI subscriptions and a monitoring account. Each product has its own login, billing, permissions and audit trail. An AI agent added to that pile sees a fraction of the picture and produces a fraction of the value.

Raq.com puts the work in one account and gives agents a common route into it. A task can start in a message, use a file from File Drop, become a document, request an approval, update a board, and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The browser is for people. The Model Context Protocol is for agents. The record is shared.

§04 — A single job, five tools, two operators Client onboarding, end to end

Work does not live in one product. It lives in a chain of them.

Raq.com is built around the joins. A prospect submits a form. An Automation opens a CRM record and a Task Board card. A Client Portal is provisioned. E-Sign sends the agreement. A person and an agent take turns until the record is complete — and every hand-off is inspectable.

Both routes sit beside the shared tools. A Custom Tool is a self-built application in your account. A Custom Module is a managed piece of software Raq.com maintains for you while subscribed. The commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different — the distinction is the point.

How AI usage works. Raq.com shows AI usage rather than exposing internal credit accounting. Different tools consume different amounts because a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have different provider costs. If the allowance is exhausted, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change; non-AI tools remain part of the subscription.

Custom Modules sit outside the plan at £190 or $259 per module per month. Their AI features draw on the account’s normal AI allowance.

§08 — Privacy & security Read the current policies before regulated use

Zero data retention where the provider supports it. Ordinary care everywhere else.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default. Image, video and voice tools send only what a specialist provider needs to fulfil the job and operate under their own retention terms — the text-AI ZDR statement is not applied to every media tool. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.
