01 — The idea
Work that flows across tools, instead of stopping at the edge of each one.
Small and medium-sized businesses often build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring service and several AI subscriptions. Each one brings its own login, billing, permissions and audit history. An AI agent becomes less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity between tools.
It does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. The value is the breadth of useful tools, the shared account and the agent layer across them.
02 — One workspace, two surfaces
The browser and the agent work against the same records.
A person can see and amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. The result is a shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. The user describes a task and it selects suitable platform tools — working with the same account, files and team as connected external agents. It gives non-technical users an agent route without asking them to configure a coding environment.

One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally count as separate modules. A second module has a second monthly fee, although modules for the same account can share data.

Per-user pricing. AI usage and service limits rise with the plan. Annual billing receives a 5% discount. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 / $259 per month, per module. Their AI features draw from the account's normal AI allowance.
If the AI allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change. Non-AI tools remain part of the subscription. Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date.
08 — Privacy & security
Core text AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default.
Under those routes the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.
Image, video and voice tools send the prompt and required parameters to a specialist provider; those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the text-AI statement should not be applied to every media tool.

Customers assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data should read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map their own legal and sector requirements onto the specific tools they plan to use.

Built by Vu, in Solihull.
Raq.com is built by Vu, an AI and software company based in Solihull, United Kingdom. Phil Webb is CEO and co-founder. Alex Hawke is CTO and co-founder and leads the product and engineering work. Vu uses Raq.com for its own work and builds the managed Custom Modules.
