Why Raq.com

One workspace, not a drawer full of logins.

Small and medium businesses build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a signing service there, half a dozen AI subscriptions, each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit trail. An agent becomes less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, pull a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

People & agents share the same records

The browser and the agent surface work against the same data. A person can amend work an agent started; an agent can continue work a person began. The result is a shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off.

One connection covers the whole account

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes don't need a new integration for every pair of products. Agents work across the account through one MCP connection, subject to the permissions attached to that connection.

Approvals & audit, built in

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions use explicit approvals — Ask My Agent and Voice Calls are approval-controlled by design. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

Ordinary business software, plus AI generation

The catalogue covers conventional functions — e-signatures, boards, portals, CRM, support — alongside specialist AI production and agent operations. An AI result can enter a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.

The built-in agent

Describe the job. Supercomputer picks the tools and runs it.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a task in plain English and it chooses suitable platform tools — the same account, files and team as any connected external agent. It gives non-technical users an agent route without asking them to configure a coding environment.

Prefer your own agent? Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account through MCP.

The catalogue

70+ tools, grouped by the job you came to do.

Every public tool is included in each paid plan — AI usage and service limits increase with the plan. Filter by category to see what's in the box.

Some tools fit more than one group. A few tools have plan-specific limits — Voice Calls starts on Professional, Website Build & Host is a per-site add-on on Starter.

How the tools work together

A single tool is useful. The shared records let work run longer.

Four real-shaped workflows that show why one account beats a stack of disconnected apps.

01

Client onboarding

  1. Form Builder prospect completes an intake form
  2. Automations creates the CRM record, opens a Task Board card and provisions a Client Portal
  3. E-Sign sends the agreement
  4. File Drop stores the signed document and client uploads
  5. Team Comms keeps the internal discussion and next actions

An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.

02

Marketing production

  1. Brand Guidelines stores the team's rules and signals
  2. Marketing Campaigns turns a brief into a plan
  3. Ghostwriter / Rewriter produces copy
  4. AI Image Lab / AI Video Lab produce media
  5. Creative Review collects decisions
  6. Social Scheduler publishes channel-specific versions after approval
03

Website & service operations

  1. Website Build & Host creates or updates the site
  2. Page Feedback collects pinned review comments
  3. SEO & AEO Checker reviews the result
  4. Site Uptime / Page Watch monitor availability and content changes
  5. Help Desk / Website Chatbox AI handle incoming support

A task or automation can connect each alert to the responsible person.

04

Agent-led project work

  1. Priorities / Task Board records the desired outcome
  2. Orchestrator starts the agent workflow
  3. Nature Work / Agent Operator HQ shows the active terminal sessions
  4. Ask My Agent requests a human decision at a controlled boundary
  5. File Drop / Project Base receive the final files and history

Two ways to extend

Self-build a Custom Tool, or have us build a Custom Module.

The distinction matters because the commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different.

Custom Tool

Your coding agent builds it. We host it.

Included with a Raq.com plan

For customers who want their own coding agent to make an application. Each tool runs in an isolated container. Draft tools are limited to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account. Outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.

  • Sandboxed application hosted through the Custom Tools system
  • Draft and published visibility with scoped permissions
  • Approved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access
  • The customer owns the application work and maintenance
Custom Module

We design, build, host and maintain it.

£190 / $259 per month, per module

A managed software service. You describe the workflow, Raq.com reviews it and, when suitable, produces a first mock-up — typically within one working day, with a working module in five days or less after approval. The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested during the subscription.

  • Native module inside the Raq.com product, in the normal sidebar
  • Uses the account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations
  • Can connect to outside systems that provide an API
  • Your data stays in the account and can be exported

One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally count as separate modules. A second module has a second monthly fee, although modules for the same account can share data.

On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account's monthly AI allowance, shown as AI usage rather than internal credit counts. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools keep working. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 / $259 per month per module.

Privacy & security

Calm defaults for sensitive work.

Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice providers operate under their own API retention terms.

Customers assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data should read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map their own legal and sector requirements onto the specific tools they plan to use.

Good fits & boundaries

Where Raq.com earns its place.

A good fit for

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module
  • Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each one

A weaker fit when

  • A company needs the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system
  • A fixed enterprise stack cannot expose APIs
  • A regulatory requirement has not been validated against Raq.com's current controls

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work need assessment.
