Why Raq exists

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product here, a task board there. A signing service, a form builder, a file-sharing account, a monitoring service and several AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history.

An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board — and leave the result where the whole team can inspect it.

How it works

Two front doors. One record.

The browser and the agent interface work against the same account, the same files and the same tasks. A person can amend work created by an agent; an agent can continue work started by a person.

For people

The browser, as normal.

Your team writes messages, manages boards, uploads files, reviews generated media, approves requests and edits documents through ordinary interfaces.

  • Role-based access with audit records that show who did what
  • Review and correct anything an agent has produced
  • Approvals for sensitive or external actions, such as Voice Calls
For agents

MCP, not screen-scraping.

Raq exposes structured operations through the Model Context Protocol — list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record.

  • Account-scoped access with tool-level limits on each connection
  • Direct operations — no imitating clicks when a real API exists
  • Two-stage approvals through Ask My Agent at controlled boundaries
Built-in agent

Meet Supercomputer.

Describe a job in plain English and Raq’s own agent chooses and runs the right tools — no coding environment to configure. It works with the same account, files and team as any connected external agent.

The catalogue

70+ tools. One subscription. No add-on maze.

Ordinary business software and specialist AI production, side by side — so an AI result can enter a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.

Continuity

Work that carries on across tools.

Because the tools share an account, a job doesn’t stop at each product boundary. Here’s client onboarding, end to end — people and agents taking turns on the same record.

01 Form Builder

A prospect completes your branded intake form.

02 · agent Automations

Updates the CRM record and opens an onboarding card.

03 · agent Client Portal

A branded, magic-link workspace is created for the client.

04 E-Sign

The agreement goes out for signature with a full audit record.

05 File Drop

Signed documents and client uploads land in the account’s files.

06 Team Comms

The board and channels keep the discussion and next actions.

Handled by people Handled by agents — inspectable at every step
Marketing production

Brand Guidelines holds the rules. Marketing Campaigns plans, Ghostwriter and the Image and Video Labs produce, Creative Review collects decisions, Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

Website & service operations

Website Build & Host ships the site. SEO & AEO Checker reviews it, Site Uptime and Page Watch monitor it, and Help Desk plus Website Chatbox AI handle incoming support.

Agent-led project work

Record the outcome in Priorities, let Orchestrator run the workflow, supervise through Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ, and approve boundary decisions with Ask My Agent.

Agent operations

Built for running agents, not just chatting with them.

Longer agent jobs need execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs — and a record left behind. Raq treats agent operations as a first-class discipline.

  • 01 Orchestrator

Runs templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

  • 02 Nature Work

Connects terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, so you can supervise work away from the desk.

  • 03 Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

  • 04 Priorities

Separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so you can see exactly where attention is needed.

Extend the platform

Two ways to make Raq yours.

Build it yourself with your own coding agent, or have Raq design, build, host and maintain it for you. Both routes sit beside the shared tools — and responsibility for the build stays clear.

Custom Tools

Point your coding agent at Raq and let it build an application that runs inside your account — sandboxed, permissioned and shareable with your team.

  • Each tool runs in its own isolated container
  • Draft visibility for the creator; publish to share with the account
  • Outbound access into Raq uses approved, limited scopes
  • You own the build; Raq supplies the runtime and the connection

  • First mock-up normally within one working day
  • A working module within five working days of approval, or less
  • Uses your tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations
  • Changes during your subscription are covered; your data stays exportable

AI usage, not credit maths. AI work draws from a monthly allowance. If it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal — every non-AI tool keeps working.
Flexible by design. Annual billing saves 5%. Upgrade at once or schedule a downgrade; the subscription follows users as they join or leave.

Privacy & security

Serious about where your work lives.

Core text and chat AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

Image, video and voice tools use specialist providers under their own retention terms, with completed media downloaded to Raq’s own storage. Settings for AI privacy and live web search stay in your hands.
