A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file share. A form builder. A monitoring service. Three or four AI subscriptions. Every one with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history — and an agent that can only ever see one piece of it.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A job can start as a message, pick up a file from File Drop, produce a document, request an approval, update a board, and leave the result where the team can inspect it.
Seven bills, seven permission models, seven audit trails. No agent sees more than one.
02 — How the work gets done
The browser and the agent surfaces run against the same records. A person can amend what an agent made. An agent can continue what a person started. Nothing important happens out of sight in a terminal.
Normal interfaces for normal work. Write messages, run boards, upload files, edit documents, review generated media, approve requests and read the reports.
Describe the job in plain English. Raq.com's own agent picks suitable tools from the catalogue and runs them against your account — no coding environment to configure.
Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client. MCP gives structured operations — list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record — instead of imitating clicks.

Every public tool is included on every paid plan — what changes with the plan is AI usage and service limits. Filter the catalogue, or search for the job you need doing.
Raq.com's public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements for mature specialist products. Keep the specialists you need and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

GOOD TO KNOW
A module can use your account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations, and connect to outside systems that provide an API. One module covers one area of work — a CRM and a quoting system would normally be two. Modules for the same account can share data.
YOUR DATA
Your data stays in your account and can be exported. A module's AI features draw on the account's normal AI allowance rather than a separate meter. The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested during the subscription.

What increases with the plan is AI usage and service limits — not which tools you are allowed to open. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Free trial: no card required. The trial allows one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring.
How AI usage works: on a paid plan, AI work draws from the account's monthly allowance. A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost very different amounts, so the pricing page gives examples per tool rather than one universal request count. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools carry on as part of the subscription.
Also worth knowing: upgrades apply at once and downgrades can be scheduled for the next billing date. The subscription total changes as users join or leave. Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 or $259 per month per module.
08 — Privacy & security
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that don't support that protection — and live web search has its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.
EU data residency
Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.
Roles & audit
Role-based permissions and audit logging, so it stays clear who — or what — did each thing.
Monitoring & response
Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process. Optional two-factor authentication for user accounts.
Media providers, stated plainly
Image and video tools send the prompt and generation parameters to a specialist provider; voice and transcription send the text or audio needed. Completed media is downloaded to Raq.com's own storage. Those providers operate under their own retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool.
No training on your content
Raq.com does not train models on customer content. If you are assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data, read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map your own requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.
09 — Honest fit
WHERE IT'S WEAKER
…you need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system, you have a fixed enterprise stack that can't expose APIs, or you must meet a regulatory requirement that hasn't been validated against Raq.com's current controls.
In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work needs assessing first. We would rather say that here than after you've signed up.
