One account. Seventy-plus tools.

One workspace
for people, teams,
and AI agents.

Raq.com combines more than 70 business and AI tools under a single account — with a browser interface for people and an agent interface for systems like Codex and Claude Code. Work stays visible, so your team keeps a shared record instead of agent activity hidden in a chat or terminal.

No card required. One use of each AI tool included on the trial.

The short version

A workspace built for the way work actually moves.

Small and medium-sized businesses often build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder, a monitoring service, several AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. An AI agent becomes less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity between tools.

How the tools work together

One job, many tools, a single record.

A single Raq.com tool can be useful on its own. The shared records are what allow longer workflows — and what let an agent move work across them without losing the trail.

01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding Task Board card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. The signed document and client uploads land in the account's files, while Team Comms and the board retain the discussion and next actions. An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.

02

Marketing production

A team stores its rules in Brand Guidelines and starts with a campaign brief. Marketing Campaigns prepares the plan, Rewriter or Ghostwriter produces copy, AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce media, and Creative Review collects decisions. Social Scheduler prepares channel-specific versions and publishes after approval.

Website & service operations

Website Build & Host creates or updates a site. Page Feedback collects review comments. SEO & AEO Checker reviews the result, while Site Uptime and Page Watch monitor availability and content changes. Help Desk and Website Chatbox AI handle incoming support. A task or automation can connect each alert to the responsible person.

04

Agent-led project work

A person records the desired outcome in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the relevant agent workflow. Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows the active terminal sessions, and Ask My Agent requests a human decision when the job reaches a controlled boundary. The final files go to File Drop or Project Base, and the task record carries the result and history.

One workspace for people and agents

Agent access is part of the product.

Many business products add a chatbot to an existing application. Raq.com exposes operational tools to agents so they can take structured actions against the account. The browser stays open for people to supervise and correct the work.

Supercomputer

Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a task in plain English and Supercomputer chooses and runs suitable platform tools — using the same account, files and team as any connected agent. A non-technical user gets an agent route without configuring a coding environment.

Bring your own agent

Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account. Raq.com exposes its tools through the Model Context Protocol — structured operations like listing boards, creating a card, uploading a file or running an image batch. No click-imitation required.

Shared records

The browser and agent surfaces work against the same records. A person can see and amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. The result is a shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off.

Approvals & permissions

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions use explicit approvals. Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges with two-stage approval controls. Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well.

Orchestrated work

Automations run multi-step workflows across tools — react to an event, move data, ask AI to prepare material, send work for approval and continue after a decision. Describe a process in terms of your own work rather than maintaining a collection of disconnected scripts.

Agent operations

For longer agent jobs: Orchestrator runs templated workflows across Codex and Claude sessions; Nature Work connects terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer; Agent Operator HQ presents several terminals in one command view; Priorities separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks.

Two ways to extend the platform

Custom Tools & Custom Modules.

Raq.com has two separate extension models. The distinction matters because the commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different.

Self-built

Custom Tool

Included with a Raq.com plan

  • Who builds itYou or your coding agent
  • RuntimeSandboxed application hosted through the Custom Tools system
  • Product fitA self-built app embedded into the account
  • MaintenanceYou own the application work
  • AccessDraft and published visibility, scoped permissions
  • Agent accessApproved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access

Best for customers who can direct and maintain the build. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection into the account.

Managed

Custom Module

£190 / $259 per month, per module

  • Who builds itRaq.com and Vu
  • RuntimeNative module inside the Raq.com product
  • Product fitA first-class account-specific module in the normal sidebar
  • MaintenanceRaq.com designs, builds, hosts, updates and maintains it
  • AccessExplicit access for your account and its team permissions
  • Agent accessAn MCP surface can be built in alongside screens and workflows

A managed software service. The first mock-up normally arrives within one working day; a working module within five working days or less after approval. One module covers one area of work.

New accounts receive a free trial with no card required — one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring. On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account's monthly AI allowance, shown as AI usage. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change; non-AI tools keep working. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 / $259 per month per module.

Privacy & security

Built for sensitive business data.

Raq.com separates the way it handles core text AI from image, video and voice providers. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

  • TLS 1.3 in transit

Encrypted transport for all data moving between you and Raq.com.

  • AES-256 at rest

    Full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware.

  • Role-based permissions & audit

Scoped access and audit logging show who did what.

  • EU data residency

Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres.

  • UK GDPR-aligned

Handling aligned to UK GDPR requirements.

  • 2FA & incident response

Optional two-factor auth, continuous monitoring, a defined incident process.

Good fits

Where Raq.com earns its place.

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins.
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work.
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects.
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity.
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module.
  • Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each one.
Boundaries

Where it may be a weaker fit.

Raq.com may be a weaker fit when a company needs the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system, has a fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs, or must meet a regulatory requirement that has not been validated against Raq.com's current controls. In those cases, Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work need assessment.
