A business workspace for people and agents

One account. Seventy tools. Human hands and machine minds working the same records.

Raq gathers the ordinary jobs a business spreads across a dozen subscriptions — messages, boards, files, e‑signatures, portals, CRM, support, monitoring, document work, media generation — into a single account. A built‑in agent called Supercomputer works the same tools. Codex and Claude Code connect through MCP and join the same team.

01 · The idea

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation. Raq lets one account hold the work.

i.

One account, one record

Messages, tasks, files, contracts and project notes live together. No new integration for every pair of products; no separate audit trails to reconcile at the end of the week.

ii.

Agent access is part of the product

Tools expose structured operations through MCP. Supercomputer, Codex or Claude Code take real actions against the same account — not screenshots and clicks in a hidden tab.

iii.

People stay in charge

Role‑based permissions, scoped tokens, two‑stage approvals through Ask My Agent, biometric release for secrets, and a normal browser to review, amend or hand off any piece of work.

02 · The agent layer

Bring the agent you use. Or use ours.

Every account exposes the tools it enables to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent can list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record — the direct operation, not a mimic of the browser.

The built‑in agent, Supercomputer, is available to non‑technical users out of the box. Sensitive or outward‑facing actions can require explicit approval; Ask My Agent handles the two‑stage exchange in writing so a decision is on the record.

03 · The catalogue

Seventy tools, organised by the job.

Raq does not claim feature‑for‑feature parity with every mature specialist product. The offer is breadth in one account, and continuity between the tools. Keep specialists where they matter and connect them through Automations or a Custom Module.

04 · How the tools work together

A single tool is useful. The shared account is the point.

  1. 01

    Form Builder

    A prospect submits a form.

Public intake form on the site; branded, seventeen question types, AI‑drafted where useful.

  2. 02

Automations · CRM · Task Board · Client Portal

    An automation opens the record.

CRM contact created or updated. An onboarding card appears on the Task Board. A magic‑link Client Portal spins up.

  3. 03

    E‑Sign · File Drop

    The agreement goes out.

E‑Sign issues the contract with the audit trail. Signed copies and client uploads land in File Drop, linked to the same project.

  4. 04

    Team Comms · Supercomputer

The team, and the agent, catch up.

Discussion in Team Comms. Supercomputer checks the chain, drafts the missing pieces, hands anything sensitive back through Ask My Agent.

07 · Privacy & security

Sensible defaults, and the switches you'd expect to find.

Core text and chat use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Media and voice tools follow their providers' own API retention terms — completed media is downloaded to Raq's own storage.

Raq does not train models on customer content. Dedicated servers sit in Hetzner's German data centres for EU data residency, with UK GDPR‑aligned handling.

  • TLS 1.3Data in transit
  • AES‑256Full‑disk encryption at rest
  • RBAC + auditRoles and a shared record
  • 2FAOptional across accounts
  • EU residencyDedicated German hardware
  • Zero Data RetentionDefault for text AI
