People and agents, one account
Raq.com puts more than 70 business and AI tools behind a single account — messaging, boards, files, e-signatures, CRM, support, monitoring and AI production — with a browser interface for your team and a structured agent interface for Codex, Claude Code and Supercomputer, the platform's built-in agent.
Free trial includes one run of every AI tool. No card required.
Why it exists
A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file-share account, a form builder, a monitoring service, a handful of AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history. An AI agent given access to one of those products can only ever act on one slice of the business.
Raq.com puts those jobs in a single account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, produce a document, request approval, update a board, and leave the result somewhere the whole team can inspect it — without a new integration for every pair of tools.
Raq.com doesn't claim feature-for-feature parity with every mature specialist product. Its comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements — the value is the breadth, the shared account, and the agent layer across it. Specialist systems can stay in place and connect in through APIs, Automations, or a Custom Module.
One workspace, two kinds of user
Work belongs to an account — a person, a company, a client or a project group. Users can belong to more than one account and switch between them; data, tools, permissions and AI usage stay scoped to whichever account is selected.
Your team works through ordinary browser interfaces: writing messages, managing boards, uploading files, reviewing generated media, approving requests, editing documents, inspecting reports. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.
Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — structured operations like listing a board, creating a card, uploading a file, running an image batch or reading a project record. No need to imitate clicks when a direct operation already exists.
A person can see and amend work an agent created. An agent can continue work a person started. Access is account-scoped, tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions — Ask My Agent, Voice Calls — sit behind explicit, two-stage approval.
Built-in and connected agents
Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent — it reads a plain-English request and chooses suitable platform tools itself, working against the same account, files and team as any connected external agent. Customers who prefer Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client can work the same account directly.
Built-in agent. Takes a plain-English task, selects and runs suitable Raq.com tools — the agent route for teams who don't want to configure a coding environment.
Multi-step workflows that react to an event: move data, ask AI to prepare material, send work for approval, and continue after a decision.
Runs templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.
Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, so an operator can supervise agent work away from the desk.
A full-screen, multi-terminal command view with keyboard controls and a live message queue across several agent sessions.
Splits work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so an operator can see at a glance where attention is actually needed.
These sit apart from ordinary chat — they're built for execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs, and the record left behind.
The catalogue
Every public tool ships in every paid plan. Higher plans raise AI usage and service limits — not which tools you can open.
Channels, boards, project hubs, notes and files that keep a team's own record straight.
Pipeline, portals, support and campaigns, from first form to published post.
From e-signature and contract review to secrets that expire on their own.
Multiple models, one conversation — for comparing, reasoning and settling arguments.
Batch generation, brand extraction and production finishing across media types.
Build and host a site, then keep watch on it — uptime, content changes, search visibility.
Compliance, spreadsheets and a couple of tools that quietly earn their keep.
The operations layer for longer agent jobs — from a single automation to a control room.
How the tools work together
Two ways to extend it
The commercial responsibility, runtime and support model differ — so the distinction is worth keeping straight.
| Custom Tool | Custom Module | |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds it | You, or your coding agent | Raq.com and Vu |
| Price | Included with your plan | £190 / $259 per month, per module |
| Runtime | Sandboxed, hosted via Custom Tools | Native module inside Raq.com |
| Product fit | Self-built app embedded in your account | First-class module in the normal sidebar |
| Maintenance | You own the application work | Raq.com designs, builds, hosts, updates and maintains it |
| Access | Draft and published visibility, scoped permissions | Explicit access for your account and team permissions |
| Agent access | Approved Raq.com operations via scoped MCP | An MCP surface can be built in alongside the screens |
A first mock-up for a Custom Module typically arrives within one working day, and a working module within five working days or less after approval — larger jobs get flagged at the mock-up stage. The fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and requested changes while you subscribe.

Talk to usNew accounts get a free trial with no card required — one use of each AI tool, limited monitoring. On a paid plan, AI work draws down the account's monthly AI allowance; if it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change, while non-AI tools stay available. Different tools draw different amounts — a short rewrite and a generated video don't cost the same. Custom Modules sit outside plan pricing at £190 / $259 per month per module.
Privacy & security
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider can't keep prompts or responses for training. A user can opt into models that don't support this. Image, video and voice tools send prompts and generation parameters to a specialist provider under that provider's own terms; Raq.com downloads the finished media into its own storage.
for data in transit
full-disk encryption at rest, on dedicated hardware
role-based permissions with audit logging
dedicated servers in Germany for EU data residency
aligned handling of personal data
optional two-factor authentication per user
continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process
Raq.com states it does not train models on customer content
Good fit
Weaker fit
In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — the connection and compliance work just need assessing first.
